Japanese startup H2L Technologies has created a wristband that pushes out electric shocks while users traverse the metaverse. This wearable wristband can project various sensations; such as a physical touch to catching an object. H2L is looking to blur the lines between reality and the metaverse worlds that are projected for the future.
This immersive device caught the eye of Sony, which has become a backer of the startup. H2L has been working on this technology long before the popular public concept of the metaverse cropped up.
